Dr. Ethan Holm, DC

Dr. Ethan Holm hails from the Land of 10,000 Lakes in Becker, Minnesota. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Sioux Falls, where his journey toward becoming a chiropractor began while competing as a collegiate track and field athlete.

Throughout his athletic career, Ethan experienced injuries that sidelined him from performing at his highest level. These challenges sparked his passion for understanding the human body, injury prevention, and performance-based care. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2025 from Northwestern Health Sciences University, completing a portion of his clinical training as an intern right here at the FARM.

During his time at Northwestern, Dr. Holm was deeply involved in sports and rehabilitation-focused leadership roles. He served for three years on the Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA) Sports Council as both Vice President I and Vice President II, participated in the campus volleyball club, and worked as a student Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), providing sideline care for high school athletics throughout the Twin Cities. He also represented students as a club officer for Rehab 2 Performance (R2P), a student-led organization focused on integrating advanced assessment, diagnostic, and treatment strategies beyond the standard curriculum.

Ethan utilizes a variety of treatment tools and techniques, primarily influenced by Rehab 2 Performance and the Motion Palpation Institute. This allows him to tailor care to each individual while empowering patients through education to help them reach their personal health and performance goals.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find Ethan trail running, strength training, dinking on the pickleball courts, working on his golf game, or cheering on his favorite professional teams—Go Wild, Timberwolves, and Blue Jays!
