As runners, we've all been through them! Those pesky injuries that keep us from the thing we love to do! Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles issues, calf strains, runner’s knee...we hate them all! How do we prevent them? How do we help them heal? Well, at our first ever "Shak Talk" we have two experts in the area who can help us learn a thing or two about common running injuries and how to approach them. Our friends from @The F.A.R.M.: Functional Athletic Rehabilitation & Movement, Dr. Beau Beard, and Dr. Seth Graham have a great understanding of running, as they both do, and common running injuries they treat as chiropractic doctors on a daily basis.
